The following Terms & Conditions govern your use of and purchases from Foreditors (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Products

All products available on Filmkid — including but not limited to LUTs, PowerGrades packs — are  digital-only and delivered via electronic download. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1

All sales are final.

2.2

 Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

3. License & Usage

3.1

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use.

3.2

You may not :
 

•⁠ ⁠Resell the products
•⁠ ⁠Redistribute or share with third parties
•⁠ ⁠Upload the files to any platform
•⁠ ⁠Claim ownership of the content

3.3

Each purchase is licensed to a single individual or entity only.

4. Product Access & Delivery

4.1

After checkout, your download link will be emailed to you.

4.2 

In the future, customer accounts will offer access to past purchases

4.3

You are responsible for saving and backing up all files you download.

4.4

Each product includes a maximum of five (5) download attempts. If you exceed this limit, contact us at info@filmkid.com and we’ll assist you.

5. Product Compatibility

5.1

 Please review product details and compatibility before purchase.

5.2 

Some files are made for specific softwares like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

6. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of 4editors.in

Your license grants you usage as outlined in Section 3, but does not transfer ownership.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect your email during checkout for transaction purposes and occasional updates.

7.2 

You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

7.3

We never sell or share your data.
